Lenovo hinted at the launch of a new Legion Go handheld with a 7-inch display, HDMI ports, and dual fans
New information in the description of Lenovo's Legion Go handheld computer shows that the company is working on a new device, most likely a "scaled-down version" of the original model. The description of the Legion Go on Lenovo's official website says that the handheld computer will have a "7-inch or 8-inch" display, while the Legion Go itself currently has an 8.8-inch screen, indicating that the company may be working on a smaller model. In addition to this, the description also says that the device also comes with an HDMI port and a dual-fan cooling system, but the current model does not have these features.

As the description of the device has recently been updated, it could be a hint that we could see a "smaller and more powerful" model hit the market. We don't have a clear idea of the specs yet, but judging by the fact that Lenovo plans to sell the upcoming handheld as a "configuration" of the original Legion Go, its onboard components could be similar, especially when it comes to the processor.
The handset market is a bit sluggish at the moment, mainly because they are waiting for newer architectures to enter the industry. We have already seen MSI integrate Intel's Lunar Lake SoC in their "Claw" handheld computers, and manufacturers are expected to adopt the new AMD Strix Point APU, which will make the market more competitive. For Lenovo, the company may launch multiple products, but it is not certain yet.
